Returns are accepted only if POSTMARKED within 7 days of the delivery date. The items must be returned in the EXACT condition as it was received. All merchandise packaging must be unopened and intact-If you open it your stuck with it. If the items are returned after being opened or altered in any manner from its original state OR sent to us beyond the 7 day return rule you will not be refunded. Sports cards and non sports cards: sets, singles, unopened boxes and packs, factory sets and hand collated sets are NONRETURNABLE-no exceptions. Loose action figures and any toy that is "loose" are not returnable that includes puzzles, cereal boxes, bobbleheads, glassware, vintage games and toys that have been opened but remain in original packaging.. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and original shipping costs are not refundable. If you will be returning a item Please email us and we will issue a return authorization number for your return. Include this number with the return. SHIPPING&HANDLING: Customer is responsible for putting in the correct shipping address. If you put in the wrong shipping information and the package is shipped elsewhere the loss is on you the customer. If our system doesn't recognize a shipping address your order will be delayed until you provide us with the correct information or a alternate address. We will continue to ship orders as soon as we receive them. We use UPS Ground and Priority mail. If you need your package by a certain time and don't want the 3-4-5 day shipping we can arrange for it to be shipped with exact shipping charges added to your bill. If you need or would like your item to be shipped at an extra cost please make note of that on your order form. We will add on the extra shipping charge and notify you of doing so. We currently ship to the continental United States, no foreign orders are being take. Because we generally loose money on every shipment at our discretion may ship your item with another carrier than you selected. A street address is required for UPS shipments. No PO box numbers. If you include a PO box number than your items will be shipped using the Postal service. When you receive your order use the care in opening the package. Do not slice deep into the packing tape. Our shipping rates inside the continental United States are $8.50. Your order is shipped FREE when you spend $30 or more. Items shipped FREE will be sent by the carrier of our choice. Depending on the size of your order some items will have to be sent by a shipping method other than what you selected.
